I'm Faith, Writer & Editor

I began Faith A. Editing Services because my peers often asked me to edit their class essays, scholarship applications and speeches. I realized there was a greater opportunity to share my love of writing, keen eye for detail, and love for helping others.

I founded Faith A. Editing Services to support high schoolers, college and graduate students, and authors with any writing they produce from scholarship essays to program applications to college applications. Every writing piece is given ample time, attention, and feedback.

My goal is that you not only receive a stronger writing piece but become a stronger writer!

Basic Package

The basic package is an editing consultation! The editing consultation will provide an in-depth review of your essay and a detailed list of suggestions to strengthen your essay. No editing is included in this package.

Ideal Client: The client who needs advice on their essay but doesn't need an editor throughout the entire writing process.

Price: $50/hour

Standard Package

The standard package includes two editing consultations, an editing contract, and a fully edited essay.

Ideal Client: The client who needs hands-on support in writing their essay and a keen editor to strengthen their body of work.

High School Students Price: starting $60

College Students Price: starting $75 (4pgs double spaced, 3pgs single-spaced)

Higher Education Applicant/Student Price:

Personal Statements + Admissions/School-specific essays: Starting $150
Dissertations: starting $500

Premium Package

The Premium package allows for multiple essays to be edited. This package ensures continuity throughout your application

Ideal Client: The High School or Higher Education applicants/students,(Graduate, Doctoral, Law or Medical School etc.) client with extensive applications or multiple essays to submit.

Price: Premium package prices are available on the editing request form. Final prices are determined by length of work and the estimated amount of editing required.

Author Package

Servicing all genres including, but not limited to: children’s books, autobiographies, memoirs, etc. Book editing includes copy and content editing.

Price: Starting $150. Final prices are determined by length of work, estimated amount of editing required, and publication intent (mass publication vs personal use).

Consultations are included in the price of your services. This allows us to have a collaborative experience and ensure you receive a stronger writing piece.

Editing & Revisions

After your first consultation, I will begin editing your work.

You will receive consistent contact from me as I edit your work.

You are allowed to have multiple revisions if you feel your piece needs additional work.
